about "la grive"

 

「grive」とは仏語で越冬する渡り鳥のつぐみの意

元気な声で鳴きながら大空を自由にかけまわり

自然の中で四季に合わせて生きる鳥

 

私の娘の名前でもあります

彼女の小さな体から溢れ出るエネルギー

私にとっての生きる象徴であるその名前を屋号にしました

 

日常にある、大切にしたいそれぞれの貴重な時間

そんな時間に

手に届く、また食べたいと思い出してもらえるようなお菓子を

そして食べる楽しみと喜びを感じていただけるようなメニューと

空間を作りたいと幼い頃から夢見ていました

 

 

"la grive" in French means the winter thrush,the littlesongbird that chirps and moves aroud the sky feely,

adjusting itself to the seasons.

 

It is also my daughter's name.

Her exuberant liveliness is my "raison d'etre".

This is why I have named this cafe after her.

 

Small precious moments in daily life differ from person to person.

I hope that I can create a special menu and place that will warm your heart.
